Sleep

One of my bad habits is losing track of time at the end of the day and not going to bed in time so that I wake up tired in the morning.

Last night I stayed up until a ridiculous hour creating this blog amongst other things. Woke up exhausted and have been tired all day.

Tonight there was Alpha training at church. In the dark I drifted off to sleep but Paul spotted it and gently rubbed my shoulder to wake me up!

Our bodies need enough hours of sleep so that all of their work of recovery, rest and renewal can take place. Last night I probably had at most, 5 hours. I hope to do better tonight.
