Week 6 Check In

155.2 this morning. That's down 6 pounds. I am so happy to be going down, slowly but surely.

Thanks friends, because knowing that I'm checking in with you is really helping and encouraging me.

Yesterday I bought another box set of the Leslie Sansome 5 mile workout DVD and accessories, just so that Paul could have his own equipment when we exercise together.

I hope that you too, are having victories, no matter how small.

I am happy to celebrate in your victory too. 6 lbs is a lot. Congradulations. I am coasting and need to get down to some serious changes. The fridge looks great but I need to keep eating those healthful foods in it. I bought a chocolate bar tonight at the cash register when doing a late night grocery shop and that was a trigger I should have avoided. One day at a time this balttle is, I can't undo what I did today, but I can make a fresh start tommorow and work on doing better in that day.

I know what you mean about actually eating all of the healthy things in the fridge.

Yes, we have a brand new day tomorrow. You 're actually in the battle and that's what counts. The first battle is fought in the mind!
