Tuesday Check In number 10

Hey Friends--153.2 this morning. Yeay!!!

I'm down 8 pounds in 9 weeks, from 161.2 and I'm seeing the difference. Very soon I'll be trying on some clothes that haven't been worn for a while. A few more pounds--perhaps 150 will be close enough.

I'm cheering you on in the journey to fit and trim and strong of body! Let us lean towards lean!

I am envious of you, but I too could be there if I worked as hard as you. I started something new today, it is a way of eating for persons that are insulin resistant. It involves pairing carbohydrates with protiens always, and never eating more that 30 carbs in a meal. There are more details, but I am going to give this one a go. It is an important one for me since I was Gestational Diabetic when pregnant.

Way to go Belinda great results, keep going you are almost there...

Libby, that sounds like an interesting idea about the carbs and protiens. Our bodies are so unique and what works for one doesn't necessarily work for another.

Paul cut wheat out of his diet starting today for a trial period to see if it helps the rheumatoid arthritis that he suffers from, which is an inflammatory auto immune disease. It's too soon to tell but I am hoping and praying that it helps.
